Elevia provided strategic advice to Fishbowl looking to expand their franchise retail model across their global network. We advised on an equity capital raise to provide funding for domestic expansion and associated capacity improvements. Provided financial/operational support to CFO and CEO, by:
- Conducting domestic and global benchmarking analysis to inform valuation for capital raise.
- Conducted non-financial operational benchmarking for comparative industry players to inform strategic objectives.
- Designed and developed a database containing segmented analysis of each store whilst maintaining the infrastructure to consolidate the entire group.
Outcome
Delivered a complete and consolidated financial model of the business built up on a store by store basis:
- Historical data analytics, forecasted performance by store, and store roll-out strategy.
- Management team was able to analyse each unit its its network individually whilst maintaining the ability to assess group performance.
- Successfully raised growth capital at the target valuation, enabling accelerated national and international retail expansion.
