Elevia is a founder-led firm built by ex-investment banking and investment professionals. With experience analysing and advising hundreds of small and medium businesses, we saw a recurring challenge:

Founding Team
Worked in investment banking and buyside investing for 7+ years. Most recently at Macquarie Capital in their infrastructure and investment banking division. Prior to Macquarie, Kenn worked at JP Morgan, Greenstone Partners and Forager Funds Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws Degree from University of Sydney.
Worked in buyside investing for 10+ years. Most recently at Fidelity covering commodities, energy and general industrials in their long/short equities portoflio. Prior to Fidelity, George worked at AMP Capital and Matthews Capital. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Sydney, and a CFA Charterholder.
